Angama Mara

Angama Mara is roughly translated as ‘suspended in mid-air’ which perfectly describes the camp itself. The suites appear to be floating above the Mara Triangle and have uninterrupted panoramas of the Mara plains and beyond.

Located where the romantic ‘Ngong Hills’ scenes were filmed in Out of Africa, the inspiration from this camp has been drawn from this classic safari era, but with fresh, contemporary design.

Your days here are filled with game drives, nature walks, Out of Africa picnics and a breath-taking experience would be to embark upon a hot air balloon safari at sunrise over the Mara itself.
